One person can make a difference in so many peoples lives!

I want to share to folks out there who are in a position like myself!!

We have a Realtor but she has no experience with short sales.

I found a link-(cash@azforeclosurerealtor.com) and heard about how great

Austin is. He answers your mortgage questions by the next day and takes no money!!!!  Gives you his time and Realty advice and takes no money!!!

Not very often you hear of people doing good things for others and care for them too.!!!

Austin gave us great advice and answered all our  questions. Our Realtor could not explain to me but Austin could. Maybe she should give him some of her commission!!!

One person helping so many, made me feel like there are people out there
that care about others.

We should applaud Austin for his integrity and kindness.

One person can make a difference in so many peoples lives!!!

Thanks Austin!!!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart

First, I like to start off by saying that I like many Americans today face a sobering fact.  I owe more on my house than it  is worth. Even worse, after two and a half years of a $1500 dollar a month mortgage payment, I have yet to see one cent of equity due to some greedy, smooth, wheeling and dealing mortgage broker who hustled a young and inexperienced first time home buyer such as myself into an interest only loan for an amount that was way over my true budget.

So, like many rational people I went searching for some answers as to see what my options were to get out of this tragedy and prevent my life from financially spiraling out of control.  What did I do?  I went to visit a bankruptcy attorney, who supposedly specialized in foreclosures as well, to get information on the foreclosure process and find out what the consequences were.  When I left his office he had me convinced and feeling good that filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy was going to be my best option to rectify my untimely housing purchase and mounting financial burden. Further, he had completely mislead me as to the truth about foreclosures.  He used words like "sued" and "judgements" to persuade me to give him over $3,000 dollars to file for bankruptcy. Here, I thought that a professional such as this would give me the best advice for my situation and not sell me on his personal interests in my money.  Well, here’s what I learned after given some sound advice from some good friends. They advised that I seek a second opinion about this issue.  So, again like many people who are not experts in either finance nor real estate I started googling for any website that might lead me to some answers.  Well, I found plenty of web sites.  The only thing is that they wanted my money also.  "Sign up for this" or "register for that" I mean getting any real advice was frustrating and near impossible.  Until I went to one website that would soon change the course of my life permanently.

I found an article on  www.azforeclosurerealtor.com. Throughout the article there was sound advice that seemed balanced and not trying to sell anyone on anything. It was just good old fashioned advice.  Another surprise was there was a "contact me"  option through out the site and a personal phone number.  I was shocked. No credit card entry required no sign up to pay for the site either.  I thought this had to be one of those bogus sites then.  So, I still remember the advice on the second opinion and went ahead and wrote the number down and thought I would call just to see if there really was someone behind all of this information that could help me.  I called the number on the site on a Friday afternoon.  I got a voicemail and left a message as to the nature of my call.  I thought that no one would really return my call for I was asking for what very few people will do anymore. Work for free.  Well, I received a call back about an hour later and was completely surprised that it was Austin from the message that I left.

Austin did something for me that I cannot remember the least time someone has done for me.  He gave me straight answers that were honest and not in any attempt to lead me in any direction for his own gain.  He explained in depth and great detail the foreclosure process and answered many of my questions.  Keep in mind that I had just two days prior spent $75 dollars for a 30 minute consultation with an attorney.  Guess how much money I spent for about an hour phone call on a Friday evening with Austin.  Just as much as I have equity in my house, not a cent.  I found myself feeling guilty for taking this man’s time for free when I just spent almost a hundred dollars to have an attorney lie to my face and scare me into a decision that would have nearly ruined my future.

Austin gave me more information on this area that backed it up with experience and expertise that only someone working with foreclosures in your area can know.  The best part about my experience with Austin and his website is that when he wasn’t sure about something he actually took the time out of his day (for free) to look it up and then get back to me.  We have exchanged emails and to this day I look forward to working with him and letting everyone know that there are good, honest, and hard working individuals such as Austin that will do whatever is best for your situation and if personally can not help you he know many people like himself and knows that there are many vultures out there. So if you are tired of being someone’s prey due to lack of knowledge, stop wasting any more time and please visit www.azforeclosurerealtor.com and contact Austin.  He can help guide through the foreclosure process or help find property that has been foreclosed on to help you make a smart purchase so that you don’t end up in a situation like me and many of my fellow Americans are.  I want to personally thank Austin for being so kind as to clarify what the bankruptcy attorney had told me and helping me avoid making another mistake that would have cost me dearly.  He not only gave me advice as to my situation but also as a friend. I was treated like a human being and not "Judged"  I cannot thank him enough for his professional demeanor and friendly advice. I feel extremely comfortable and confident in his ability to help anyone out there in a similar situation.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Deepest Regards
